I've been going there for a few years. It's not to bad. Doctors and nurses are good. You pay $80 for a standard appointment and get around $43 back which is good. They don't bulk bill most don't these days anyway. Sometimes you get in straight away and sometimes you wait
Staff are friendly and the doctor I see is quite lovely but you'll always and I mean always wait over 40 minutes to over an hour here. Quickest I've been seen was 20 minutes after my appointment time once. Probably best to call up the practice before any appointments so you don’t waste your day. Other than that it's a welcoming and friendly place.

Dr Maggie Lane is rude and dismissive. I have recently moved to the area so don’t have a Dr yet, I had an issue come up so booked an appointment. She disregarded what I was there for and tried to “solve” my irrelevant medical condition. I had asked for an antibiotic and was faced with dismissive uncalled for opinions. I see a specialist for this issue who knows my history, yet Maggie blamed my weight on all my issues. Note that my weight is not an issue I just don’t look like her.
