Dr Maggie Lane is rude and dismissive. I have recently moved to the area so don’t have a Dr yet, I had an issue come up so booked an appointment. She disregarded what I was there for and tried to “solve” my irrelevant medical condition. I had asked for an antibiotic and was faced with dismissive uncalled for opinions. Extremely poor service and zero time management at this clinic. First of all, I came early 15 minutes before my appointment time and was left waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes with no correct explanation. I asked the receptionist twice what was going on, and both times I was told to "just wait" with no more information or apology. This kind of disorganisation and lack of respect for patients is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
This medical center, particularly Dr Lane are money hungry. They have no compassion for their patients. Dr Lane intentionally over charges for appointments provides little contents of her rationale and leaves patients feeling worse than when they arrived. The staff are rude and nasty. The practice manager cared more about chatting to the receptionist than actually doing her job and when asked to have attention she flipped her hair and rolled her eyes like its not her job to help people.
