Extremely unprofessional and horrible experience for physical therapy of my foot and ankle!!!! The front desk receptionist kept sending me back inspite of scheduling appointments with them. She needs to learn to communicate properly. They did not get the OPTUM form filled on time which was required for pre authorization and then sent me back twice because of that when it was provider's responsibility for not filling it out on time.
