This was the worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. 1. During our first visit, doctor Robert Crouch intrusively asked me and my wife, Rawan, about our religious beleifs. That is irrelevant to the care and unprofessional. 2. During our first visit, doctor Crouch told us that he will request certain blood tests. When we came to discuss the results at our second visit, we were surprised to learn that some of the tests weren't requested at all. I’ve seen every doctor at this office, not because I collect them like Pokémon, but because life keeps throwing curveballs. Every single one has been kind, thorough, and genuinely supportive, especially when it comes to mental health. After a recent car wreck, they got me in fast to make sure I wasn’t just held together with caffeine and sarcasm. The nurses? Absolute gems. First visit today and everyone was very nice and informative. I saw provider Dorth-Farmer and she is amazing. She answered all my concerns and was just so sweet and understanding.
I chose this place because of the glowing reviews, and I have to say - I was not disappointed at all. Everyone (including admin staff, nurses, and doctors) were so kind. I have never experienced such caring bedside manner as I did here. I felt like my concerns were heard and listened to. I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor's office before and will definitely be establishing care as a long-term patient! They were also very quick in scheduling my first appointment and the paperwork process was efficient and a breeze!
I don't leave many reviews but I give credit to whoever it's due! This was my first time here, my previous doctor went out on medical leave and I had to find someone new which took a while. My insurance referred this provider because they said they've heard very good things about this practice. When I got to the office, just walking in made me feel comfortable.
