Robert is an amazing caring Doctor. He is patient, knowledgeable, and answers all the questions you can have. He has an amazing bedside manner and uses great humor to put you at ease. Never looked forward to seeing my doctor until I started seeing Robert. April is a phenomenal nurse as well whose talents are wasted as admin. Great doctors in Kristin (my wife sees her) and Robert Crouch. Thanks, Rob you're incredible.
Dr. Robert, April, and the entire staff here have been amazing! Especially Dr Robert! At each appointment he was kind, patient, listened to my concerns, and helped ease my anxiety. After years of feeling not heard and feeling less than myself I finally found someone to get my health both mental and physical back on track. Thank You Dr Robert and your entire staff for everything you’ve done to help!
Kristen and her team are absolutely amazing with this facility. They keep a strict appointment schedule and are generally not running late. She is very plain spoken and actually teaches me what is going on with my body instead of just recommending some drugs and sending me on my way. She also listens and answers questions thoroughly. If she doesn’t know the answer if she doesn’t make something up. I really appreciate health star and the whole group for doing a great job.
This was the worst doctor visit I have ever experienced. 1. During our first visit, doctor Robert Crouch intrusively asked me and my wife, Rawan, about our religious beleifs. That is irrelevant to the care and unprofessional. 2. During our first visit, doctor Crouch told us that he will request certain blood tests. When we came to discuss the results at our second visit, we were surprised to learn that some of the tests weren't requested at all.
