Terrible insurance!! Denied my mother’s cancer treatment multiple times! How can insurance deny lifesaving treatments!! Don’t use this insurance they are completely useless
Whats sad, is how you refuse coverage to people who need it and then use god awful Kepro to make these decisions with no regard if the person is already getting the level of care they NEED, and just throw them back into the situation that made them need care or inpatient PT in the first place. My stepdad needed PT, the ortho specialist said he needed more PT, the PT team at the inpatient place he was at said the PT was working wonders for him and another 30-40 days would of gotten him walking again.
