Doctor Gajaweera provides a unique and important service in our community. From what I read about Alzheimer’s, I realized that if there’s a family history (which is true for me) it is important for family members to be checked early and followed by a neurologist. This can help identify early symptoms at which time steps can be taken to delay onset. I highly recommend Dr. Gajaweera. She is very thorough, methodical, personable, and caring. You can tell she loves what she does. She spends a significant amount of time on the evaluation and inquiring about symptoms. I never felt rushed or dismissed like with other doctors in town that are working within the traditional insurance coverage system. Absolutely phenomenal neurologist! Dr Gujaweera is very thoughtful, very professional, very knowledgeable, and is an absolute expert in her field! I will come back and tell all my friends and family.
