Great experience at Healthspan Longevity! Had a DEXA scan and RMR test done to really lock in with my fitness goals. You’ll receive an in-depth report and Jason thoroughly explained my results plus any questions I had. Overall very easy process, and very useful information! Worth it and definitely will be back to continue tracking progress!
