I got the chance to stop by and get an assessment here. It opened my eyes to some areas where my posture and other habits are creating some soreness and pain. I know the trainers there care a lot about their clients and help folks ranging from just exiting a physical therapy program, to those looking to start getting healthy for the first time, all the way through fit folks looking to learn something new or really optimize their progress.
