Therapy worked me very hard but I appreciate them pushing me so i could reach my full potential. I would recommend PAM to anyone needing therapy. Lila and Cassie were great.
We are so grateful for the wonderful care my grandma has received here. The staff has been kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout her stay. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done to make her recovery as comfortable as possible!
I would not recommend PAM Rehab based on my family’s experience. The biggest issues were the lack of communication, inconsistency, and unprofessionalism we experienced from both nursing and case management. We repeatedly had to call case management ( Iris ) whom speaks to you as if she bats her job with all her life. We called multiple times a day and leave multiple voicemails, only to sometimes receive a call back days later. The case manager, Iris Myers of PAM Beaumont, was extremely rude and disrespectful. If you're expecting a case manager who will advocate for you, she definitely will not. When your coworkers describe you as an evil human being, there should be an investigation launched into your treatment of patients, families, and your coworkers.
