While the out-patient PTs were very nice and knowledgeable, I was not impressed with the organization of the place. They consistently got my appointment times messed up, consistently did not know which PT would be working with me, and ordered more sessions without consulting me. I decided that I would not be returning for additional sessions. Between the expense of the co-pays and the time off work, I did not feel it necessary when my shoulder is feeling fine. (This was after a slip & fall on the ice, not after a surgery.)
