I continue to be put on hold over and over for hours. Somehow my information is connected to multiple accounts and the website will not allow me to sign it without calling. For multiple days I continue to waste my time just to be randomly hung up on after hours of waiting.
Do NOT give these people your phone number!!!!! These people have called be over 70 times in less than a week (trust me I counted my caller ID). There is no use in telling them not to call cause they will hang up on you or say "okay" and then call you some more. Several times a day. Everyday. I have no clue what this companies problem is.
FIX THE WEBSITE NOBODY HAS TIME TO SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE!!!!!
