There could not be a more incompetent health insurance organization. They had me pay 3 times to get coverage for December and every time I paid they applied it to the wrong month by accident. I have had credits upon credits for months coming up because of this. I have spent literal days on the phone with health source RI staff while they scrambled to right their own wrongs. I was on hold yesterday for 3 hours. Iv been on hold for 21/2 hours today right now while posting this review. What's the point of even having people call. I get 20$ an that work. That's almost 100$ I've lost waiting in line
Terrible service. I’ve been stuck on the phone with an idiot all day and still haven’t gotten any real help. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care about fixing the problem. I was put on hold multiple times, given the same useless answers, and my time was completely wasted. This place has no respect for customers and I would not recommend it to anyone.
