Deana M. (Spelling may be off) in their customer service and front desk role gave exceptional customer care and service today. Even with the 3 day weekend ahead she was patient and polite and handled my request over the phone better than others I had spoken to that same day. She took time to really listen to me and ny concerns and addressed it without hesitation. She helped find a solution instead of saying "they'll get to it when they get to it." 5 stars for her!
