The receptionist I spoke to was pretty rude..I was calling to schedule my son an emergency appointment, because he's getting headaches now from a tooth that needs to come out..so I explained to her that it has been awhile since he's been in and she cut me off and started saying oh it sounds like he will need to be scheduled for x-ray and cleaning we're scheduled out for 4 weeks..and then I said ok well it's actually an emergency and today is Tuesday and she said I have to call at 8am Monday to schedule an emergency?? Terrible doctors office would not recommend at all. They do not care to help you
I am not sure why the rating is low and the reviews show a lower rating. My child who is now 13 years old has been coming here since before he was 2 years old. They're only two things that I wish that was different. Number one I wish that Dr Sheffield was still there. My child saw Dr Sheffield and there was not one complaint I had about her through her seeing my child for several years! And that says a lot when you don't have one complaint. This dentist office is awful! Not only are you met with rude as hell receptionists. You are NOT allowed back with your MINOR children if you have another child with you. That should should have been my first red flag. My daughters were seen here about two months ago. I was told they needed a follow up appt and to stop at the desk on the way out. I did. And was met by yet another rude receptionist. That was honestly enough to turn me away forever. A few days ago my daughter started to have tooth pain. I call to see how I go a... read more
The nurses and stuff are nice but I called to cancel my appointment because I was in the hospital and they told me that it would be considered a no-show and possibly let me go!! They were more concerned that I didn't call than I was in the hospitalg
