The front desk staff is very cold and rude. I certainly don’t bring my child there however I do the pharmaceutical sales. Which would be the biggest turn off ever.
A nurse called and told me to come in to check up on something that I was previously seen for, I came in. I was sitting in the waiting room with a couple other people, a nurse had walked over to me and was being rude about me coming in for something I was just there for. I had explained that I had a call from them and they WANTED me to come and get check again. She was being loud and basically telling everyone my business.
The aids were very polite and courteous, Doctor was very professional . I was very pleased with my first visit
Dr. Reed and her staff are so compassionate. I was given an appointment the same day I called. The medical assistant was so kind and I really appreciate how they actually listen to you. You are not rushed out and Dt. Reed is so knowledgeable. I’m so much better now. What a great Doctor and staff.
