Purchased the sauna 3 years ago and has been great. Had 1 issue and kevin sent a fix the next day. Awesome service!!!!
We have had a 3 person sauna for 2 years now. Pricing, delivery, setup and post customer service have been amazing. The saunas has been awesome working as expected. It is built well and heats to 140 which is great. All that is good but it should be known that they stand behind their product. Just over a year the breaker on the sauna kept tripping. I messaged Kevin and without questions about when we bought or warranty coverage, he explained they had a bad batch of heaters that were faulty and he sent someone out and swapped ... read more
Can’t beat the service or the price! From order to install it took less than three days. The actual install took less than an hour. The crew was very professional and left the space cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 do recommend!
