I have seen Dr. Ladd for years. Wonderful person and wonderful doctor.
Dr. Labus is extremely judgemental without having any desire to get to know you as a patient. He has been known to make decisions based on purley instincts. I had never set on an examination table while seen by Dr. Labus. Always set in a.chair. I was born with heart disease, although Dr. Labus does not mention it in his version of my medical records anywhere. And that's not all. My wife called to get re-established with Dr. Jeffrey after 20 years, as we just moved back from CA. She was told that he may not be accepting new patients, but he may make an exception since he was her doctor before and if not, Dr. Richards is seeing new patients, but they will have to review to see if they can see her at all.
