They are amazing at what they do! They are kind medical professionals that will dig deep to get you what you need in terms of medication filled. Very polite and patient. Thanks to Jonathan for always being very well mannered on the phone when it comes to delivering the medication. I have zero complaints about this place. Over several years they have been great and responsive and patient. Recently, I had an issue finding my meds and Michael and Tina etc. went above and beyond to help out. Thank you so much.
Health RX has went downhill with their free delivery of medication, within the last six months. On numerous occasions, I have found that the pharmacy has been asking people with multiple physical disabilities to come and pick up their medication, instead of providing all customers, whose insurance pays them, with this service. Right now, I know of someone who I know very well, this young lady has been waiting five days now for a bottle of her medication to be delivered, by Health RX.
