It is always such a long wait, even when there's like no one there. The doctors are good though but when there's no other good choices for urgent care, that's where we just have to go.
Horrible urgent care. Waited over two hours just for them to say they couldn’t find any of their tools to flush out my son’s ear. Their service is slow and it takes forever just to get your prescription sent to the pharmacy
Awful service. Waited hours to be seen even with an appointment, staff/doctors are not welcoming and act completely dead inside. Worst urgent care in California.
