The communication here sucks! My daughter needed to get an x-ray done and when they did the x-ray they told me I’d get the results back in 2 days! Wth and then they said we had to wait to see the physician we waited 2 hrs to get seen by the x-ray and had to wait another 2 to be seen by the physician at that point I could’ve just gone to that damn ER like they could’ve communicated that we don’t get the xray results the same day. The most recent visit with the Physician was much more pleasant than the times before. He was very friendly, professional, and compassionate. But most of all HE LISTENED! THESE DAYS PEOPLE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD LACK LISTENING, PATIENCE AND COMPASSION. ITS BOTH SAD AND SCARY! The front office staff definitely are there solely for a pay check and that's it!
