It is normal for a child to cry and be scared when they are in pain and at a clinic. A doctor should show empathy and kindness, not insult a frightened child. I brought my child in for a stomachache which the doctor did diagnose that she was constipated, but the doctor lacks empathy and called my daughter a spoiled brat for being scared and crying because she is traumatized from doctors. She kept staring my daughter down and just watching her and it was scaring my daughter. Do not take your children here.
This place has improved. Staff was great. Dr. Was excellent.
The communication here sucks! My daughter needed to get an x-ray done and when they did the x-ray they told me I’d get the results back in 2 days! Wth and then they said we had to wait to see the physician we waited 2 hrs to get seen by the x-ray and had to wait another 2 to be seen by the physician at that point I could’ve just gone to that damn ER like they could’ve communicated that we don’t get the xray results the same day.
