This place is trash! I should’ve listened to the other reviews. There is nothing but young, inexperienced, unprofessional workers here. PA Riley is rude and doesn’t really care about the patients. Go to a REAL doctor, not a PA who doesn’t listen to your problems and think they’re always right. Never bringing my loved one here again. 0 star rating!
If i could leave none I would horrible service made an appointment to avoid having to wait at 10:15 am,12:50 and we still waiting smh
Waited over 4 hours with an appointment. The doctor Seriously has bad time management skills! SMH!
I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. I’m only doing it because I have to or else I can’t post my review!! They’re all over the place. So I called the office to inquire about getting an EKG done. The woman I spoke to over the phone proceeds to tell me that it will cost 160$. Okay cool. So then I tell her that I have insurance through IEHP and if that will cover the cost. She tells me YES. Staff is very unprofessional, the doctor was rude, the office wasn't clean. I will never visit again. The nurse "taking care" of me cussed the entire time, dropped equipment she was using on me for an EKG on the floor multiple times. The doctor basically tried to act like I was waisting her time and it was all in my head. She didn't even know what she was seeing me for, I went in for sharp pains in my chest and arm and she said "you're just here for congestion, right?
