my doctor office since I was a kid
This was my family Dr. Dr..Shultz was my Dr. For almost 40 years. I all this time, i have never been sent away. I walked in. I was coming in after recieving a voicemail instructing me to come in for BP check. So i did. I also just left the ER after an allergic reaction. I was told to make an appointment or go to Boardman Urgent care. Even after telling them that theybtold me to come in. My Doctor is on leave, so i had to schedule a differnt doctor. Called Monday to be come a new patient. Receptionist told me call back in a week. Will be finding another doctor. Definitely a language barrier.
You make an appointment for 8 am when they open, they tell you to show up 15 minutes early (7:45) then don't unlock the door to allow anyone inside until 8:15. You'd think the medical field would be more cordial, however these days it feels more like a sorority house than a place of medicine.
