Poor staff!...counselors are uneducated/poorly trained. Most staff have worthless "online degrees" or simply GOOGLE things to say to patients. Staff is miserable due to poor treatment from management. Quality of care is pathetic, MONEY is the main focus here!! WORST experience EVER!!!
I have been in methadone treatment for a long time and was recently at a clinic in Macon GA. I was always treated so badly by staff. A new clinic opened in Warner Robins, HealthQwest, so I decided to transfer. This clinic is awesome. The staff is nice and the center is beautiful inside. I feel like a different person. Treatment here has been awesome! It has helped me with my Oxy/Roxy addiction. I would go no where else for treatment. I am from Macon and drive to Warner Robins every day. There are closer treatment programs, but I can not go to the other programs in Macon because I have heard bad stories. HealthQwest is the best program! Staff rocks!
