Update on review: we have these new secure flags now that the staff cannot remove & it is so frustrating because we come in before work & most of the time have 15 minutes or so to spare. We are having to wait 30 minutes or so just to have these SECURE flags removed. Its ridiculous. I have been going here for a year now & I have just passed a year clean after an overdose/relapse. These people actually care about you! Highly recommend. “Healthquest cannot be beat”!

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago... read more

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic
