Thank you! That’s the best review I can give because the therapy worked! I came in with thoracic pain from years of poor habits carrying a ladder on my shoulder for a living. The therapists explained what muscles were the tightest and customized exercises for me. They helped me focus on targeting the area that was the culprit of my pain.
