I highly recommend Joel at Health Quest. He listened to my concerns and helped me correct bad habits to improve my strength and stability moving forward.
This has been such a great experience for our son. Joel and the team helped him rehab from a sports injury. Our son is stronger and more flexible after Joel’s careful coaching. We returned for some fine tuning this summer and saw the results on the playing field almost right away. Everyone in the office was great to work with. Appointments are easy to schedule and there is plenty of nearby parking. This is our family location for physical therapy!

Being called a frequent flyer has two sides. Yes. My body aches often. But i do trust that i am being taken care of and back to better fast. Dry needling to take the edge of and very focused exercises and care for the other visits.
