6/10/24 update: Things are no better since they got taken over by Datavant. I think they actually just throw darts at a dartboard when deciding how to process your requests. I've been on the phone for an hour now and half of that has been on hold. My firm has access to invoices and records through Smart Request, but Datavant/Ciox frequently process invoices under the wrong "customer number" meaning you won't ever see the invoice unless you call and spend an hour on the phone with them. Poor service They tried twice and still didn't get me the records I needed! Also didn't even spell my name right. They obviously have no attention to detail! Not good when dealing with medical records.

The worst company to deal with ! The owner need to realize it’s been years that no one knows how to process , reduce, rate invoices, expedite for any reason or know how to run this company clearly ! It’s been 17 years that I have seen so many copy services and YOURS BY FAR is the to WORST. CHANGE YOUR PROCESSORS, MANAGERS, and UPDATE THE LAW IN YOUR LIST TO HOW TO RATE INVOICES FOR ALL STATES . This company is terrible and has gotten even worse since Datavant took over. We get duplicate invoices, payments are not posted in a timely manner, therefore we do not receive records or bills in a timely manner. Trying to contact them for help is a complete nightmare. They do not want to work. They pass me around and circle me right back to the same department only to tell me again that they cannot help with missing payments. Terrible service, extremely slow, and not helpful at all.
