My elderly grandfather was told to sit in the pharmacy for a couple hours to wait on his prescription. I am a pharmacy professional for another company and i would never tell a patient to sit and wait for a couple hours to fill one prescription. I understand they may be understaffed as many pharmacies are but that is not acceptable. They do not answer the phone when we try to call to confirm his medication is ready and we live an hour away. Affordable but they treat you like you don't have insurance vs. how other pharmacies would when you have actual health insurance
Son muy lentos me mandaron la receta alas 9:00am y ya vana ser las 2:00 pm y no e recibido notificación q ya la tienen lista estuve esperando en ayunas así que mejor me retire y un consejo para la señora de la ventanilla sea un poco más empatía con los clientes en especial con los adultos mayores esa es mi opinión digo ustedes reciben un pago por su trabajo y nosotros pagamos por nuestros servicios gracias 🙏
My wife has been waiting on doctor to talk to insurance company on why she needs a certain prescription i have called and called the doctor or Noone will return calls or even talk to insurance or pharmacy this is an ever going process every month either the doctor is not being told or the doctor refuses to do anything I will be finding another doctor BCS has the worst medical problems in the world when I lived in Houston I never had this problem
It was a bit crowded, quite a few people standing in line. But overall courteous service.
