The staff was so pleasant, very friendly and very helpful. I was able to see FNP Courtney Groves - She was so helpful, friendly and I felt like I wasnt rushed on asking any questions that I had . I got answers to all my questions and I was able to get my future appointments and my referrals for my specialist. I recommend coming and getting to know everyone at this location.
I absolutely love this clinic! The workers are amazing! I switched from Bryan location after 8 years to Madisonville, because of the way this clinic is ran. Wonderful receptionists, both in person and over the phone. Will and have been recommending everyone to this location. Dr's here are also very patient and listen to everything and anything, willing to help in any way they can. Kid friendly, elderly friendly,autism friendly.
