I have had a couple bad experiences at this horrible place, I wouldn’t call it a Dr.’s office cause no one there acts professional like a nurse nor a doctor. . I’ll start with the last time I was there for reasons other than what the NP was asking of me. You can never get ahold of anyone on the phone, only an automated answering machine. The automated phone system will repeatedly tell you to wait for the next available nurse to take your call until you have been on the phone for an extended time. Then it will direct you to leave a message, which is useless because your call will never be returned. If you do somehow get through to a live person and schedule an appointment, you will end up having to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 1/2 hours to get seen. the staff frequently... read more
