First impression. Not a friendly front desk person. She was talking with other staff when I walked in. No friendly greeting just “ your name?” An immediate red flag. 2nd impression. The technician taking vitals and recording history was friendly. 3rd impression. PA was adequate but was not impressed with treatment plan. Will visit another Clinic
Friendly staff, always fast and fixes my family right up.
Place was clean but no bedside manner. I felt like I was more of a bother and didn't really act like they wanted to help or even hear my problems. Just kinda acted irritated for the whole visit they were getting paid for. I don't know it was just strange to me but I won't be going back.
Amber Simpson is simply the most personable and knowledgeable doc around! So thankful she has rooted here in Centerville to care for our community!
You want to know the real truth there scam artist never address my problem always given me the run around went back three times in a row I've complain of low blood pressure and depression never conducted any studies on my matter just kept me going back for the payments not my concerns I've complaint of stomach and burning urine coming out she's lied and made me take a urine sample saying it was for HIVtest always rude never given me the correct informations I'm talking about Mrs Baker the P.A.
