Takes forever to get blood test back! Call in to get them..Don't return the calls!
I would give a higher star rating but everything i come to see my PCP i am always waiting 20+ minutes in the lobby past my scheduled time
My daughter went to her 1st doc appointment without her Mom since turning 18. I trusted this doc office to take care of her. Instead the nurse made a snarky comment when leaving her room. They gave her a urine test, told her she was pregnant, then realized they mixed it up with someone else's. This kind of mix up should NEVER happen at a doctor's office. She was absolutely destroyed. I was told it would be investigated but honestly nothing can make this any better.
Love this clinic and the staff! Trina is awesome! So friendly and welcoming. Thank you!!
