Received a call regarding my test results by someone other than the PA. When not understanding the results I was told I needed to make an appointment if I had questions. Wasn't going to make an appointment to simply be told what my results are. The next 3 calls I was on hold for over 30 minutes per call. Only to be told my meds were changed as a result of my labs. My meds were changed prior to lab results. Each call is met with rude and condescending remarks. I will no longer book with this facility, it's lost it's professio... read more
We love going to our doctor because of the trust in the knowledge to take care of our individual needs ✅
The WORST front office. They do not answer phones or take any initiative to assist customers/ Patients. Shelly is awesome and really cares for her patients. Fire the whole front office team and get replacements that do more than sit behind the glass in a coma.
Siempre que tengo una cita me pasan al cuarto de chequeo me atiende la enfermera y me dice ahora viene la doctora,eso es 40 minutos más no es posible que tarde tanto para después sacarte en 5 minutos.
