Siempre que tengo una cita me pasan al cuarto de chequeo me atiende la enfermera y me dice ahora viene la doctora,eso es 40 minutos más no es posible que tarde tanto para después sacarte en 5 minutos.

The experience at the facility was great. Clean facility, appt kept in timely matter, Dr Kim Glidewell listens and doesn’t hurry you through appt. However, when the nurse, MA or whatever the credentials are call you back with lab work results it’s a different story. My labwork was trash this go around and it was read to me like a boring grocery list. Ex: your A1C shows Type 2 diabetes, provider wants you to diet and exercise. Wait on the phone for 20 minutes, to find out I can’t get an appointment for almost a month . That bs and someone need to look at this.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The facility was spotless, well-maintained, and organized. Dr. Kimberly Glidewell is fantastic—she truly listens and makes the experience enjoyable overall. I am transitioning my care from Baylor Scott & White to Dr. Glidewell at Health Point. She reviewed my prescription from Walgreens on my phone and seamlessly picked up where my previous doctor, Dr. Thomas Wagner, left off. Thank you, Health Point, for making this process so easy!

I’m very disappointed my daughter had an appointment on may 23 she needs a referral I was told it would be done that same day here we are a week and a half later still not done, I have been calling for 3 days and I’m yet to hear from someone, my other child’s referral had expired called his pulmonologist and they did their part within a couple of hours just saying I see no effort on dr hitcock
