I’m very disappointed my daughter had an appointment on may 23 she needs a referral I was told it would be done that same day here we are a week and a half later still not done, I have been calling for 3 days and I’m yet to hear from someone, my other child’s referral had expired called his pulmonologist and they did their part within a couple of hours just saying I see no effort on dr hitcock
The facility has many positive reviews, and I want to believe in the quality of care here. However, our recent experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It has taken over a month for a referral to be sent to an outside facility, and we are still waiting. Every time we ask, we’re told it’s been sent, but Baylor Scott & White has no record of it. Who do we believe? I understand delays can happen, but this feels excessive and potentially negligent, especially when it concerns a child’s health. It's hard not to wonder i... read more
