I be on hold for 20+ minutes just to be routed to someone else who puts me on hold. I have get the run around before I get answers. Also I have to be scheduled for multiple appointments that can be done at one appt. The front desk people have really bad attitudes.
Really shitty service. They never answer the phone! & their other location in Renton DOWNHILL sucks even more. It’s always the young girls with attitude who have no clue what they’re doing! So ridiculous.
Do Not Trust This Clinic With Your Health.... I have been on a medication for 8 years that they got me on. Told me it was safe but to never just stop taking it or not only would I be extremely sick but it could actually be life threatening. Jump to now. I had to go to another state to help a family who almost died and needed help with recovering. While here I ran out of my medication and got extremely sick.
