Dr. Light is wonderful! We are facing a very mysterious severe situation with our teenage daughter and needed some immediate care. Not only did the clinic listen to us and have compassion, but they offered us a cancelled appointment that very day. Dr. Light treated my daughter beautifully. She was nervous and Dr. Light put her at ease, listened to her, asked so many very good questions, and truly partnered with us to find the cause of the strange symptoms. Horrible place , dont answer the phone , and dont put prescriptions in like they supposed to white trash
The only reason I'm giving this 2 starts is because Dr. Bradford is actually really nice and a good doctor. Otherwise, it's no stars. I have never experienced such poor service from a physician's office. The wait times in the patient rooms are ridiculous. I've never had an appointment there that lasted less than 2 hours, and that's just for routine things for my kids. They only have one other physician besides Dr. Bradford so there is obviously a staffing issue. They constantly reschedule appointments, sometimes with very li... read more
My daughter is a patient of Dr Light as well as her nurse Renee. They both are super sweet and caring. They have made us feel like part of their family. Very professional and will go above and beyond their duties to help us in this difficult time. My daughter is having a very high risk pregnancy and they have definitely made us feel more at easy.
