I called this company to get a simple quote, and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. A girl named Melissa answered the phone and immediately started asking odd questions about “what I can afford” instead of offering options and letting the customer decide. Very strange and pushy approach. She then put me on hold, only for another rude individual to pick up with an even worse attitude.
