Needed to take a pre employment drug test here and was given this location since their website lists them as open 8am-8pm daily. However when I stopped by at 5:15 on Tuesday March 20th, was closed. The hours on the doors confirm they are open 7 days a week from 8 to 8. So the following day I made an appointment online through their scheduling AI for 5:45PM that same day figuring that maybe they were appointment only and that someone would be there. I did my immigration exams with them and I’m waiting 3 weeks to have it back and nobody answer my calls, my e-mails and I go to both offices and it is always closed. I have a specific day to return it to the USICS and now I don’t know what to do. Trying to call but the phone isn’t working. Sending many emails and no answers. I've had to come here for 2 drug screenings, both a year apart and the exact same thing happened each time, the urgent care was closed. It just seems so random. This is the only drug screening place near my house so I have no other choice but to come here but I don't like how it says "Mon - Sun 8am - 8pm". I even tried calling to set an appointment and it just said the number couldn't be found or something even when I got the number straight from the website.

Any reviews over 1 star is probably fake. Phone lines are off, every time I try to call, I even tried at different times of the day and week, it never even rang once, they simply don’t take phone calls, So there isn’t any way to contact them. I did try emailing, but did not get any emails back from over a week ago. I scheduled an appointment online, went there and nobody was there. I am just trying to scheduling a drug screening, I wish I didn’t choose this organization when I filled out my forms.
