I did my immigration exams with them and I’m waiting 3 weeks to have it back and nobody answer my calls, my e-mails and I go to both offices and it is always closed. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I went to HealthPlus Urgent Care a month ago, paid for their service, and provided a test for my health. They told me they would call me with the results, but after a week, I heard nothing. When I called them, they said they had no idea what happened to my test and told me I needed to come back. I went in again and provided another test, only for them to lose it again. They never called me, and when I followed up, they admitted they lost my test for the second time.
