I visited this morning, I had some questions about OTCM, it was quite busy at that time but the girl was very attentive to all the customers and me. Good service overall.
Today, I visited the pharmacy to get my prescription and encountered a new staff member. It was June 23rd at 4:10pm. The wait was long, and they kept saying they didn't have my record or insurance, even though I always go there. I showed them my card, and they mentioned needing to call insurance. I waited for about half an hour while standing. Finally, she said I was covered but needed time to mix two creams, I felt like she did not want to prepare my prescription. Excellent service every time. Even with the World Cup making everything extra busy, the staff remained friendly, professional, and helpful. I was out of town and they made the process easy and stress-free. They truly treat their customers like family. Highly recommend
