I hate to even give this insurance one star cuz that's too good for it I've only been on this since March and it's been nothing but a headache they don't care and you don't want to know my opinion because.....
My insurance is around 500 per month and it really doesn’t do jack. If I could give them a zero I would.

Listen to me. I deal with insurance for a living getting cancer treatments covered for patients. Your life will be a living hell if you choose hap for your family member. 99.9% of insurances cover self injecting filgrastims and pegfilgrastims at home for count recovery post chemotherapy. Hap is the only insurance in Michigan that bills it as a buy and bill which means you will have to go into the office every day to get the injection. I cannot stress how much you should not use this insurance company.
