AVOID!!!!!!! Dr.Shipla and her team are the worst. I had waited 2 hours to be seen. Other people are walking in and being seen right away. I ask front desk what’s taking so long and it’s all attitude, they say those patients have appointments. But over the phone they told me they only do walk-ins after 2pm. I was there 2pm on the dot right after they had reopened after their lunch. This is highly unprofessional and will be making a complaint to CPSO about this on how patient care is is not valued here!!!!
Dr. Hina provides excellent dental care and is highly skilled in her field. The management team is very friendly and professional, and Harman is especially cooperative and helpful. Overall, it’s a great team that ensures a positive experience.
