I would give them a Zero if possible. I received health insurance from them, TODD COWAN, was my agent May of 2022. I have tried to contact him about questions I had through out the year, could never get him. Come to find out on Feb 16th, 2023 someone else updated my insurance and I don't have any clue who this person is. Not one time did the company attempt to contact me.
