this is the worst insurance i have seen in the medical profession. our office could not reach anyone in claims, their reps that answer the calls can't answer common questions as claims address (3 reps gave 3 diff claim addresses) NOBODY KNOWS THEIR JOB. not to mention when you want to speak to claims they transfer to a voicemail that cant receive messages b/c its full from them not returning other ppl calls. would not recommend this insurance AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! in order to post i had to give 1 star. i didn't wanna even give t... read more
