For the past week, I have lost my voice and so last night I finally had time to go to urgent care. Erin E., a receptionist, was so so rude and claimed I didn’t have insurance; which in fact I do. I was on the verge of tears during this episode. She then gave me an ultimatum saying to call the billing department or my insurance or pay $300. I called my caseworker and she said MA is active.
I go here for my primary care. The doctors are amazing and my wife works here. The only issue i have us the price. But thats healthcare in America. Not their fault.
People are friendly enough. However, care was denied since "we can't accept your insurance". The reason I was given was insufficient, other than the in network provider Urgent Care (which is way further away) is the same insurer company that this location uses, albeit under a different plan. However, upon reviewing my insurance, I discovered that out of network Urgent Care is covered regardless. So, I went to the ER instead.
Terrible service, went in for urgent care, closed at 8:00 got there at 7:15. She asked if I had saved a spot in line. Got turned away for care. Where in this picture does it say you need to save a spot?? I give this place 0 stars
