Unfortunately HPSC has real bad reputation when it comes to patient care specially gasteroenterology deptt. sitting at 2-Stars rating is a shame. Yrs. ago, I had one experience with a preventive care procedure that every person is recommended to have and it was the worst experience due to lack of pt. care, lack of bedside mannerism, lack of courtesy by Dr. Irshad Jeffery. “0 star rating”. Would NOT recommend this to anyone. This clinic does NOT take care of their patients. This was my second procedure of this type and it was a horrible experience. Everything said in the earlier reviews were true. Worst part was the actual procedure. I was not given anesthetics like I requested, and felt “everything” and everybit of discomfort throughout the entire procedure. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes for my appointment. My first specialist was terrible but they switched me to a different one who’s been nothing short of a blessing. Very comfortable surroundings and attentive and knowledgeable staff.
Truly beyond a terrible experience. Having had major stomach and digestion issues for 10+ years, becoming vegan, being gluten free for 10 years, and limiting sugar and alcohol intake and still dealing with daily extreme pain, inflammation and nausea and vomiting I came here seeking help. After sitting with me for all of 5 minutes the doctor told me he sees this all the time, there is nothing wrong with me, and sent me on my way.
