I have gone to this building numerous times for dermatology and allergy appointments and the staff have always been incredibly kind, welcoming, and very helpful. It took me a few visits and some of the helpful staff to navigate myself around the elevators and which floor I needed to be on (it's not complicated, I'm just not paying attention). I left a negative review last year but am coming back to revise. My frustrations last year were around the challenges in reaching anyone at this office for post-visit questions and support (looks like other reviewers had the same issues as I did). However, today Dr Lind and the team went above and beyond to help my son. They cancel appointments just hours before the scheduled time, citing something on their end about how the visit was scheduled. I’ve been planning this and rearranged my schedule for it and now I’ll get to do it all over again. It’s as if they think a checked box on a computer changes my child’s health.

They forgot to ask me to sign something at our appointment to approve allergy shots. Getting the form from them and then getting them to take action on it was a nightmare! One time I called again to check on the status and waited over an hour on hold just to talk to someone. When I complained about the wait I was told that they only have two people for the whole place answering phones and one of them was at lunch - but it was 3pm!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place!!!
