This place does not know how to run a business , they treat u poorly and won’t answer phone
Same issue as below years later, and that's a shame. I thought the patient was the priority, but I guess the surgeon get to decided how we scheduled our appts. Surgery is a permanent and scary process, so it is important to have multiple consults. So that you can find the perfect surgeon for you. You schedule an appointment to see Dr. Harley Seth Dresner only to find out a WEEK before the appointment that they have to cancel it because it's not long enough for him. Then you're told it's another TWO MONTHS before an opening. How is that right?!?!?!? This clinic needs to train their schedulers better instead of wasting people's time!!! Don't bother going to this location. Health Partners = needs some work
