Although I have generally had good experiences at Healthpartners St. Paul since I started going last year, my last experience with the pharmacy was not great. I have asthma, and need to keep up with a medication to help control it. I ordered the medication online and expected to pick it up the next day. I received a call that it wasn't ready and to pick it up a day later. Fine. I've gone through Health Partners for over 10 years (since I moved to Minnesota), and based in my personal experience, they've always presented SPECTACULAR customer service skills and seem to go above and beyond for the population whom they serve. I couldn't in a million years think of a better pharmacy (or health facility in general for that matter) to reccomend to anyone than them.
