This is one of the worst pharmacies in the East Metro. My prescription was sent in yesterday from the clinic that is in the SAME building as the pharmacy. Yet when I get here at 430pm, I am told its not ready and will be 'about another 10 minutes.' This after i approach the counter, being next in line. Only to have the girl say someone will be with you in a minute. What a kick in the head. I will do my level best to NEVER fill a prescription here again.
Friendly but can’t estimate time to save their lives. An rx was submitted for me at 0700, I called at 1030 and they said “35-40 minutes”. It’s been nearly twice that and I’m still waiting. I would recommend going elsewhere if you’d like your prescriptions in a timely manner.
