I was extremely disappointed with how my traumatic brain injury clinic appointment was handled today. I originally had an appointment with Gwendolyn Kosevich, but was told the day before that she was out of office and was rescheduled with Sarah Mahasin at 3:00pm. I checked in online earlier today.
