Dr. Haake is BY FAR THEE BEST !!! Quite literally saved my life, and I remind him of that every time I see him I have a trimeginial nerve issue, and he has went above and beyond to help me find a solution to my pain. He does not give up, makes suggestions, shows you what he's looking up, looks directly at you when talking to you, and you can both see and feel the empathy he has for his patients. I've had good experiences every time I've visited for Occupational Therapy. The goal was every week for 3 weeks but my OT is booked out 4+ weeks so it's been once a month instead. That's tough but kind of standard nowadays and something you just have to deal nowadays. The free covered parking ramp/lot is really nice and it's beautiful inside. A really gorgeous building.
Calling to coordinate anything takes days and multiple phone calls with long waits (45min is not uncommon). The hold music is constant noises and advertisement of services so you can't just have it on as background noise. The recordings also keep suggesting online messaging or scheduling which isn't possible for many of the things patients need to do.
