Come with a spine and hip injury and they ignore your complaints and try to stick you in $20,000 worth of PT for an "SI joint sprain". I now have nerve damage, stenosis and hip impingments. I'm just over 30 years old and get to stand in line at the urologists office in excruciating pain with people that are well past retirement. This could have been avoided if my injury were treated instead of intentionally misdiagnosed. Thanks Healthpartners!
HealthPartners discriminates against people they don't like. People with mental health issues. They will treat you differently than people who GET TO work. Blood pools in my legs. I can't breathe well. I'm dizzy, light headed and weak all the time. This has been going on for over a year and a half. I go to the doctor weekly. There's no way to help me? I can't remember things. I know I have dementia and I'm only 35 yet no one helps.
Appointment line phone tree is horribly broken. You press the button to make an appointment with neurology and it will then transfer you to general medical appointment phone tree who cannot make those appointments. Fix this! I should not have to wait 15 minutes on hold just to get transferred to the correct line just to wait 20 more minutes on hold to make an appointment. Staff inside are good once you get to your appointments but the poor scheduling service is a huge detriment to patient care
This place is notorious. For terrible costumer service and treatment for TBI and concussions. I got NO treatment plans for post concussion syndrome, impossible to connect (phone times are regulary require and hour wait to talk to anyone about anything). DO NOT go here, go to a TBI clinic instead.
