Calling to coordinate anything takes days and multiple phone calls with long waits (45min is not uncommon). The hold music is constant noises and advertisement of services so you can't just have it on as background noise. After 6 months of testing, my husband was approved for infusion therapy for Alzheimer’s disease. The neurologist called us and stated they were putting a moratorium on infusion therapy because they don’t have the infusion staff, and the person before my husband was the last person starting infusion therapy. This was so unethically handled. Certainly, the Center knew they needed more infusion staff, but this was never mentioned to us as a remote possibility.
