I had to get my CPAP set up and Dain was informative. He was well prepared, explained everything clearly, and was able to answer all our questions (there were two others in the group). I was really nervous going into this, but feel super comfortable knowing that Dain and his team are there for me!

I felt the time spent with Sophie was productive, and I was anxious to try the new equipment we decided would give me better sleep. Unfortunately, the new mask leaks, and no option for recourse was discussed. So what is my next step?

I went it for a training session and fitting for a CPAP machine. Mine was a group of four patients. The time was well spend and informative. All our equipment was ready to go and set up ahead of time.

Editing nearly a year later to update: still getting orders wrong, still arguing that parts they previously provided have never existed, still trash. Real, absolute, trash. When healthpartners is the insurer, the prescriber, and the supplier, they make it hard to get your supplies “prescription” sent anywhere else though, so I was still trying. — Atrocious customer service. Update - had to get a cpap mask refit due to weight loss. I don’t have enough words to describe the issues I’ve had with the mask choices, expense, and fit. I am moving to a different provider permanently. No response to online orders. No response to phone message orders. Must talk to someone personally to get any service. Staff is nice enough. There just doesn’t seem to be enough of them.
