The doctors and nurses here are great but health partners need to do better and hire more clinic assistants to field phone calls. If you have any trouble during your pregnancy expect 30minutes of being on hold if calling the nurse line. The other day I spend 2 plus hours on hold trying to get ahold of a nurse.
Saw Dr.Odutaye today she explained everything so well and made me feel so comfortable to ask all the questions I had. Had so many questions but you did amazing job explaining them to me. Thank you Dr. Odutayo!!
The staff and residents at this facility are friendly. However, I did not receive the test results that should have been received within three days of my appointment. I contacted the facility and waited for a while, which was acceptable. However, a front desk associate informed me that I should be receiving a call back from a nurse regarding my test results or if I have to go back and get tested. She indicated that she saw on her end that the test was recorded in the “notes” section, but the lab results were not found and ha... read more
