The WORST experience I've ever had. I waiting for over 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment in the waiting room after arriving 15 minutes early as instructed by an email from the clinic. I visited a woman gynecologist for an annual exam and asked about experiencing perimenopause symptoms. When I discribed what is very typical symptoms according to all articles, books, medical aticles and professionals, I was told it was not perimenopause but only in my head. Mammo experience was not good. The tech, Jennifer, was rushed and rude. At one point, she *told* me to not breathe on her. I'm sorry, but if you have ever had a mammo, you are practically kissing the tech and machine. Girl (who was wearing a mask), if you can't take your patients up close and personal, you are in the wrong job. This was before work today, so a great start to my day. I also work for healthpartners, so I was sad to see that this is how she treats patients.
