Excellent experience. Even though there was only receptionist at the front desk, and it was crazy busy, she was wonderful and friendly. Maisee was the assistant who brought me back, and she was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything very well. Dr. Cleland was efficient and friendly, I felt like he listened and cared about helping me. I got a diagnosis and am confident I will feel better soon. Highly recommended!!!
Staff were nice, I came in hoping to get an updated prescription for my glasses (Mind you, its only been a year since seeing an optician) and they kept repeating I have 20/20 vision. That's very good news but Its not accurate. The worst part was they kept giving me this funny look like I had munchausen syndrome or something? Idk. But I went elsewhere for a second opinion and got my script for glasses. I just wonder what they seen that this clinic didnt? very weird idk what to think so you guys get 3 stars (: wont be back

I usually struggle to choose frames that I like and that work with my strong correction. Duy was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He made choosing frames a breeze. Much easier than ordering at other places or online. Thanks Duy!
I have purchased many pairs of lens and frames from Heathpartners optical shop on Phalen over the years. They may not be the lowest price shop, but I'm always impressed by the high level of knowledge and professionalism shown by their staff.
