Doctor could not get my prescription right. I was told to reschule 1-2 weeks. Person at the desk was rude and dismissive when I tried to reschule.
I had recent cataract surgery with Dr Spencer Cleland. Everything from the consulation appointment to the surgeries went exactly as planned. Staff in eye care and same day surgery were excellent.
