Got terrible service from a younger female worker. Insisted my new glasses were not new and would not give me cases for them. Insisted she could not loosen them around her the temple and then bent them in half (!) around the nose piece instead. Insisted she could not tighten my reading glasses purchased there. Rude and incompetent. I’ll have to go to Como HP Optical now to get the service I paid for and didn’t get at West End.
