If I could give zero stars I would. Went to see Jacob sanders because I have been having debilitating vision dysfunction symptoms that have completely changed my way of life, I have extremely bad digestive symptoms, pressure headaches, jaw tension, neck and shoulder tightness, yet it all goes away when I cover one eye. He dismissed me. All my symptoms align with binocular vision dysfunction and when he put the prisms on me, it fixed every issue I had, I told him that, he dismissed me again. Got terrible service from a younger female worker. Insisted my new glasses were not new and would not give me cases for them. Insisted she could not loosen them around her the temple and then bent them in half (!) around the nose piece instead. Insisted she could not tighten my reading glasses purchased there. Rude and incompetent. I’ll have to go to Como HP Optical now to get the service I paid for and didn’t get at West End.
