Don’t waste your time! I scheduled an eye exam and it took me over a month to get in. Then when I got there they said they didn’t take my insurance. That would have been nice to know. So I could have scheduled somewhere else and not wasted my time. No one cares!
Disappointing. After cataract surgery, my vision in my right eye (the strong eye) is worse than before. I met with the OD and had to get a prescription. I filled the prescription at Warby Parker, but it didn't work. Warby Parker had filled it correctly; the problem was with the prescription. I went back into HealthPartners, and the doctor gave me a new prescription. I didn't trust it, so I had an additional exam with a Warby Parker OD. If I could give zero stars I would. Went to see Jacob sanders because I have been having debilitating vision dysfunction symptoms that have completely changed my way of life, I have extremely bad digestive symptoms, pressure headaches, jaw tension, neck and shoulder tightness, yet it all goes away when I cover one eye. He dismissed me. All my symptoms align with binocular vision dysfunction and when he put the prisms on me, it fixed every issue I had, I told him that, he dismissed me again.
