I had a melt down based on diagnosis / the Dr & hygienist were so kind and understanding. I would give these ladies a “6” star rating if I could. 1/30/25 Had dental appt at 110 arrived at about 1230. Came in to find it dark being check in counter and no one there. After awhile a woman came in went behind the check in area still no lights turned on. After awhile another patient came in and went to check in, the woman behind the desk checked her in right away. I went over there right after that and the woman was tutoring in the computer, never looked up at me told me it would be a minute… nothing. I usually don’t like going to the dentist and Tong was amazing! Very friendly and good at her job! 10/10 recommend coming here to see her, won’t be going anywhere else! 😊
