The experience was wonderful. The billing was thievery. 2 crowns, with insurance (they covered 750.00) started out 2100.00 then they called before appointment stating it will be another 500.00. The said insurance didn't cover as much. Now temp crowns are in they said cost more for build up! What! Oh and 48.00 for office visit. I have had many crowns put in. This has never happened. I love the staff here. Even though I hate going to the dentist they make it as good as it could be
I had a melt down based on diagnosis / the Dr & hygienist were so kind and understanding. I would give these ladies a “6” star rating if I could. 1/30/25 Had dental appt at 110 arrived at about 1230. Came in to find it dark being check in counter and no one there. After awhile a woman came in went behind the check in area still no lights turned on. After awhile another patient came in and went to check in, the woman behind the desk checked her in right away. I went over there right after that and the woman was tutoring in the computer, never looked up at me told me it would be a minute… nothing.
